Faith Outfitters is based in the greater Vancouver Washington area and is incorporated as a 501c3 charitable non-profit organization to serve our mission statement.
Faith Outfitters Mission Statement:
“Reach people in our communities who otherwise may not pursue their faith”
Faith Outfitters was founded by an avid outdoorsman who saw a lot of people who were not pursuing their faith for a variety of reasons. Not all the people in Faith Outfitters are die-hard outdoorsmen however all do share a love and appreciation of the outdoors on some level seeing God’s fingerprints all over the mountains, deserts, prairies, lakes, and rivers. Starting with our Founder and throughout this group many are in fact enthusiastic outdoors people who you will find in the field or out on the water taking in God’s amazing wonders and creation in pursuit of all the Northwest and other regions have to offer every chance they get. We strive to offer a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with a “real life” cultural match, lowering barriers for those who may not be at ease in customary institutional “church” settings. This is not a traditional church service or “religious” bible study in disguise. We do however consider The Bible life’s manual and we absolutely will teach, learn, strengthen our faith, and share life together while aspiring to Christ’s principles for our lives, families, and communities, and we have fun doing it. Our friends truly come from all walks of life. The testimonies of changed lives, restored marriages, and families in this crowd is the ongoing inspiration that perpetuates Faith Outfitters. Faith Outfitters meets during the week spending that time in a casual outdoor themed setting that encourages relevant practical application of faith based principles to our day-to-day lives in a collaborative manner.
